Again today I am reminded why I remain in my home state of NH. Not only am I allowed to declare myself as an Independent voter, but I have the ability to go see a number of presidential hopefuls if I choose.
This afternoon I went to see Kentucky senator Rand Paul. He seems to be an intelligent well spoken man, but one who understands the difficulty of obtaining his parties nomination. With the numerous candidates declared already, and not being the most favored by the establishment Republicans, his road with be a difficult one.
He has some good concepts, although they may not be easily enacted. Senator Paul himself should realize how easy it is to stall or even derail potentially good legislation.
As I said, I am grateful to have the opportunity to be able to hear in person, what these candidates have to say. Hopefully Senator Paul's campaign will raise awareness to such issues as the flat tax and improving our highways. I wish him luck.

Got the day off, relaxing for a bit, then on comes a Chris Christie for President ad. I mean 16 months before the election and 7 months before the primary. Can this incessant bull crap EVER end. #FITN
Been awhile
Thinkin of posting more often. I hope you all don't mind. It seems that if I post some stuff on fb or tweet, it draws some people's ire. So coming soon!
