We ended today at about 2:30. The company (TC) walked out after the Local's Business Manager asked that we spend some time addressing the Local list of concerns not just the Company's list.
After some heated exchanges the Company stated they were done for the day.
The Local offered just about every day from now until Nov 11th to get back together, but the Company would rather wait until Nov 3rd to meet again.
More later.

A message from my friend Ben A.
If you are a Republican and want the Republicans back in power, then by all means, you should vote Republican in the November elections, and I won't try to change your mind. But, if you voted for Obama in 2008 because you wanted change, and you don't think there's been enough change ...or that it's been fast enough then you should really think twice about whether the answer is to bring the Republicans back to a majority in Congress. And, like it or not, the *only* way that you're *not* helping the Republicans regain power is if you go to the polls in November and vote Democratic. Again, if you *do* want the Republicans back, I'm not here to try to change your mind, but if you voted for Obama and are disappointed now in the weakness of the Democratic party, for God's sake don't make it any weaker.
